It can measure the sugar content of a wide range of fruits including apples, watermelons, grapes, cantaloupes, citrus, melons, etc. This instrument allows for more accurate and convenient measurements in as little as 3s.
Fruit brix content is an important indicator to test the maturity of fruits. Different brix values of the same fruit represent different maturity levels, and in agricultural research and production as well as fruit storage environment, fruit brix can determine one of the important bases for harvesting, transportation and storage.
Application of refractometer
