SKETCH COMMISSION DETAILS... 

 ‣My style is sketchy yet architecturally accurate, whilst portraying the character of the scene. All of the drawing and painting is created by me, by hand, from my studio in Macclesfield, resulting in a truly personal piece of art to truly treasure.

‣Commissions from outside the UK are more than welcome.

‣Each illustration is completed from my studio in Macclesfield, Cheshire, UK. Please allow me around 5-10 days plus delivery times to your destination.

‣As with all of my illustrations, I like to keep true to what I do and how I feel best suits the subject, therefor, other than suppling your photo (along with any particular requests that you may have) you will have no input and won't be shown any progress, seeing the finished sketch when it arrives at your home.

‣NOT FRAMED. You will receive the original sketched illustration.

‣Actual illustration sizes are approximate and your illustration will not fill the whole page, I find a little border always looks best.

‣As with all custom illustrations, you own the original but I own the copyright so you can not make commercial gain from your illustration. Please do not hesitate to ask questions before buying. 

TIMESCALE & WHAT I NEED FORM YOU...

‣Once you have placed your order you will need to send me at least one good quality photograph of the building/scene, ideally from the angle you want it drawn from. Don't worry about the weather, I won't draw the rain and grey sky (unless you want it!)

‣You're also welcome to point out those details most important to you, and even those you might prefer not to be included! Make sure, if you are keen to show certain details, that they are clear in the photograph- you can always send a few photos.

‣If you could also let me know the location address so I can have a virtual drive past on Google Maps to get a feel for the environment of the house!

‣REFUNDS. Each illustration that I create is a custom drawing that is unique to you. Therefore I am not able to issue a refund. Please ask as many questions as you need to, and take a look at my illustration style on the listing before making your purchase.
