ELENA: SOUL ALIGNMENT LIVE SESSION

A Live Personalized Meditation Journey & 22-Day Self Integration

This is a one-hour live, one-on-one experience where you connect with Elena in real time to work with your energy, your intentions, and what you are currently moving through.

Before your session, you will be invited to share what you would like to work on. To allow your meditation to be intuitively prepared in alignment with your energy, your intake form must be completed at least 3 days prior to your scheduled session.

During your time together, Elena takes this deeper—exploring what is present for you, and allowing the meditation to be refined and guided in the moment, in resonance with your energy.

This is a space where your experience becomes fully alive—

where what you are moving through can be seen, felt, and gently transformed.

Your personalized meditation is recorded and shared with you after the session as your personal practice.

You will then be guided to work with it over 22 days, allowing your energy to integrate, your patterns to shift, and your inner state to deepen.

This is a process of returning—

Why 22 days?

22 is a master number—an energy of alignment, creation, and transformation.

It represents the bridge between intention and reality… between who you are now and who you are becoming.

Over 22 days, your system begins to shift—your thoughts, your emotions, and your energetic patterns start to reorganize.

This is where the change becomes real.

Not just understood, but felt.

Not just desired, but embodied.

You are not simply listening.

you will want to be able to access a comfortable location where your body will be able to relax and surrender as we will be going through a live healing session. Please also don’t forget to have a glass of water with you to place intentions into after the session.

You are also invited to bring any crystals, sacred tools, candles, journals, or spiritual items that help you feel grounded, safe, and connected during this healing experience. Follow your intuition and choose whatever resonates most with you.

Before the session, Elena also recommends handwriting the text you sent to her regarding what you wish to heal, release, shift, or receive through this session. Writing it by hand helps deepen the energetic connection, bring clarity to your intentions, and prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the healing work.
