TFC Cladding Sealer is a breathable sealer. That means it will not fail on application to slightly damp areas.

TFC Cladding Sealer dries quickly and cures quicker than all other un-accelerated water

Directions:
1. Real all instructions and tips before the application so that you can plan the application correctly.
2. Mask off any adjacent surfaces that need to be protected during the application,
especially if using a pressure sprayer in windy conditions.
3. Test for desired results in an inconspicuous area before continuing the application.
4. Shake well before use.
5. Ensure that the cladding is clean and free from grout, cement, oil, wax and other stains. (Clean with the correct TFC products if necessary).
6. Ensure that the cladding and grouting (if installed) are uniformly dry before application.
Wait approx. 2 – 4 hours after cleaning before applying.
7. Using a TFC Sheepskin Applicator, lint free cloth or pressure garden sprayer apply a
liberal coat of TFC Cladding Sealer to the surface. The surface should look wet for 3 – 5
minutes.
8. Wipe off any excess sealer after 5 minutes if it does not penetrate and runs down the
surface of the cladding
9. Allow to dry for 30 minutes then apply another (thin) coat. Apply more coats at 30
minutes intervals (if required) until the sealer no longer penetrates and begins to sit on
top or runs down the face of the cladding
10. Repeat step 8 after each coat.
11. Allow to cure for 24hrs

Tips & Tricks:
TFC Cladding can be applied with a TFC Sheepskin Applicator, or by spray with a pressurized
garden sprayer. Do not apply while the cladding is still very damp. Allow 2 – 4 days after
installing the cladding before sealing. Do not apply to hot cladding in direct sunlight.
