I would call this a Small / Medium since I like to have room for layering in a trench style coat. I'm typically a small and although the shoulder edge is wider than my actual shoulders, with the flap style shape rather than a seam, they really helps to accentuate my shoulder line and is very flattering even on my smaller frame.
