色鮮やかな輝きが美しい、1960年代のSPHINXのビジューイヤリング。ペイズリーモチーフのオープンワークメタルに、ガーネットレッド、鮮やかなブルー、エメラルドグリーン、赤みを帯びたダークパープルのストーンがセットされています。

チェーンのようなテクスチャーと金属の小さな粒が施されたメタルは、クラシカルで重厚感があります。色とりどりの煌めきが気分まで明るく彩ってくれそうな、素敵なデザイン。

【SPHINX(スフィンクス)とは】
1948年にイギリスで創業したジュエリーカンパニー。まるで本物のジュエリーに見える、高品質で美しいデザインのコスチュームジュエリーを制作していました。自社製品の他にもKenneth Jay Lane、Nina Ricciなどのデザイナーや、ヨーロッパやアメリカの高級デパート向けにジュエリーデザインを手掛けていました。
刻印には"SPHINX"とシリアルナンバー、またはどちらか一方が刻まれましたが、需要を満たすために刻印をせず、急いで出荷していた時期も。会社は1990年代後半に閉業しました。
