The Lunt 70mm MT Refractor comes with a Dual Speed 10:1 Rack and Pinion Focuser, and includes clam shell for easy mounting purposes.
Your new Lunt 70mm MT Refractor can also easily be used with our Lunt CaK Module or White Light Wedge for day time solar use- Simply install your accessory into our sturdy and rugged Dual Speed Focuser and zero in on our closest star! Or if the sun has set, grab your favorite star diagonal for Night time and Terrestrial use and drift through the heavens.
At just over 5lbs, the 70mm MT Refractor is lightweight and easy to move, a true comfort in your hand. And when you find the Hydrogen-Alpha wavelength calling, the Lunt 70mm MT Refractor is 100% upgradeable to its standard form , and is easily converted into a Hydrogen Alpha Telescope. All you have to do is accompany with a Lunt Blocking Filter and appropriate Hydrogen Alpha Module and the sun is yours once more!
