The body of this Precision Bass us cut with two deep, P-Bass-style cutaways, and a cozy belly contour that makes this an easy play. Its black pickguard follows the body's contours perfectly, and extends as far as the control panel. 

Attached to the body with a robust four-bolt neck plate attachment, the neck of this P is cut to a player-centric Modern "C" profile, and is topped with a 9.5-inch radius, beautiful rosewood fingerboard. The fingerboard is divided by 2o Medium Jumbo-style frets, with white dot inlays found between them.

The star of the show with this bass are its Yosemite split-coil P Bass middle pickup and Yosemite single-coil Jazz Bass bridge pickup. Known as a P/J pickup configuration, this newer style of pickup layout is known for adding a new level of versatility to the already versatile P-Bass, and offering a new level of nuanced pickup control to gigging musicians who need another option for pickup sound. 

Beyond just the incredible pickups, this bass features Fender's innovative Greasebucket tone system, allowing players to cut treble frequencies without sacrificing gain or clarity, preserving tone while eliminating unwanted harshness or muddiness.

In the hardware realm, tapered-shaft tuning machines with vintage-style paddle keys are found on the headstock, and an ashtray-style bridge is found on the body, with four bullet saddles attached.

The guitar's 3-color sunburst, in gloss, adds a visual flair to this gorgeous sounding instrument.
