IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ BELOW:

1. If you are providing a logo for your sign, please supply a high-resolution image or vector file of your logo. In order for your sign to look sleek and clean, this is required otherwise there may be jagged edges (AI/SVG /EPS file preferred). Please send logo to [email protected]

2. Some parts of the design may be laser engraved but we will paint fill with either white or black. Keep in mind, that small parts need to be at least 1inch thick to withstand laser cutting without breaking or falling off due to insufficient adhesion. If you have questions prior to ordering, please message us, we're happy to help you decide what you'll need.

3. At this time, we are only working with basic colors - (clear, frosted, white and black). We may add colors upon request if we have something similar in stock - additional fees may apply - but message us prior to ordering. 

4. Once your order is placed, we'll send you a design mock-up for you to approve prior to production. Mock-ups will be sent within 2 business days. Once approved, will begin production and ship (typically 1-2 weeks as long as approved on time)

» NOTE FOR BUYERS: We do not ship products that are not approved so please keep an eye on your Inbox (check spam folders as well). Please note we do not send mock-ups on weekends so please exclude this is the mock up time frame for orders placed Friday-Sunday.

Our signs are crafted from premium laser-cut 1/8 acrylic for lasting quality.
