For most people, the thought of a quilted coat doesn’t typically bring a smile to their face, because with it comes colder winds and greyer skies. For me, it’s my favourite time of the year for vintage fashion. There’s nothing like wrapping up on a cold day in a coat that hugs you like a cozy blanket and stepping out all layered up with all of those fine Fall / Winter textiles.
This dramatic wool tweed delight is in overall excellent gently worn condition! There are so many ways to style this piece. I love both the elegant 80s styling as well as that badlands / outlaw / transylvania vibe it's giving off. A true chameleon. Whichever way you swing it, this coat has high marks for style and warmth.
