Apply this cream topically for fast effective relief for bruises, sprains, backache, muscle aches and pains. It contains the pure essential oils of silver fir, lemon, orange, rosemary and sage which assist with arnica’s anti-inflammatory action to reduce pain and inflammation, whilst supporting the healing process. With immediate application at the site of a contusion (tissue injury from bump or knock) helps prevent the development of bruising.

Directions: (Adult/Children): Gently massage a small amount into the affected area, three to four times daily in the acute stage and twice daily as the condition improves, or as directed by your health care professional. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional.
