In the early 1900s, renowned enologist Arnaldo Strucchi (1853-1913) laid the foundation for Vermouth di Torino. His book "IL VERMOUTH DI TORINO" set guidelines for today’s regulations, and inspired the Strucchi range of products, including Bianco Vermouth, Rosso Vermouth, Dry Vermouth, and Bitter.

Strucchi Bitter is a great alternative to Campari and works brilliantly in a classic Negroni or any of the many cocktail recipes which feature Italian red bitter liqueur.
