Bike Cleats - Compatible with Look KEO Pedals - Pack of 2

Key Features

  • 0-Degree Fixed Float: Engineered for experienced cyclists and indoor sprinters, these cleats provide zero lateral movement, ensuring 100% of your leg power is transferred directly into the drivetrain.
  • Precision Look KEO Compatibility: Molded to exact specifications to ensure a crisp, reliable clip-in and release on all Look KEO series pedals.
  • High-Strength Thermoplastic: Manufactured from lightweight yet ultra-durable engineering-grade polymer to resist wear and prevent premature snap-outs during heavy climbing or sprinting.
  • Anti-Slip Walking Surface: Features small textured rubber-like pads on the bottom to provide traction when walking on smooth surfaces like cafe floors or gym mats.
  • Universal 3-Hole Mounting: Designed with a standard triangular bolt pattern, making them compatible with almost all modern road cycling and indoor spinning shoes.

Replaces / Cross-Reference Part Numbers

  • Look KEO Black Cleats (0° Float)
  • KEO-Style Fixed Road Cleat
  • Indoor Cycling Fixed Cleat
  • Universal 3-Bolt Pedal Interface

Compatibility & Fitment

These cleats are designed for specific road-style pedal systems and shoes. Key fitment details include:

  • Pedals: Compatible with Look KEO Classic, KEO 2 Max, KEO Blade, and KEO-compatible indoor spin pedals (like those found on some Peloton or Schwinn bikes).
  • Shoes: Fits all cycling shoes with a 3-hole "Delta" or "Road" mounting pattern (e.g., Specialized, Shimano, Giro, SIDI).
  • Applications: Ideal for Road Racing, Time Trials, and high-intensity Indoor Spinning.
  • Note: Not compatible with Look Delta (Red/Black) or Shimano SPD/SPD-SL pedal systems.

When to Replace

  • Worn Indicator Marks: Most cleats have small "wear dimples" or the plastic begins to thin significantly at the front hook or rear latch.
  • Loose Clip-In: You notice "play" or vertical movement when clipped into the pedal, even when the pedal tension is tightened.
  • Difficulty Clipping Out: The edges of the cleat have become jagged or mushroomed, causing the release mechanism to stick.
  • Cracked Material: Visible stress fractures in the plastic body, typically caused by walking on rocky surfaces or over-tightening the bolts.
  • Accidental Release: Your foot "pops out" of the pedal unexpectedly during a high-power effort or sprint.

Installation Tips

  • Mark Your Position: Before removing your old cleats, trace their outline on the bottom of your shoe with a silver marker or pencil to ensure your "stack height" and "fore-aft" position remain consistent.
  • Grease the Bolts: Apply a small amount of grease or anti-seize to the threads of the mounting bolts to prevent them from rusting or seizing into the shoe's metal inserts over time.
  • Fixed vs. Float: Remember that 0-degree cleats offer no knee rotation. If you experience knee pain after a short ride, you may need to switch to "Grip" cleats (4.5° or 9° float) to allow for natural joint movement.
  • Torque Carefully: Tighten the bolts firmly but do not over-torque. Using the included hex key is usually sufficient; over-tightening can crush the shoe's carbon or nylon sole.
  • The "Walk" Test: Use "Cleat Covers" if you plan to walk long distances. Walking on these cleats rapidly wears down the engagement surfaces, which can lead to safety issues while riding.

Meh.
Worked great the first couple of times it was used. But then it stopped cutting into the cans and does not open them. It causes the metal to fray off in small pieces which resulted in getting a piece of metal stuck in my finger for weeks so I don't recommend. It's also very loud.

not better than manual……!!!!!
Do Not Buy This Product. this review is coming at 1 April 2026. This can opener was purchased in October 2025. My initial review was that it worked well and did the job. It was meant to do however, after a few uses, I noticed that the can opener continue to move around and around the can even after the can lid had been cut open. in January 2026 it began to make more and more rotations around the can and the lid was not cut loose. After a few more uses. It just rotated and did nothing else. I sent an email to the company. I contacted Amazon about it. I’ve done everything that I can possibly see to do but I get no positive results. Consequently, I have a six month old can opener. It does not work. worked well for the first 10 or 20 uses; then the cutting edge just wore out (3-4mos.), so now my money was wasted. No explanation no offer, too bad.

Don't waste money on this one
Ordered in January 2026. Worked good the first few times. Now it just rotates around and around the can but doesn't cut anything. I'm so disappointed because it failed shortly after my return window closed.

Easy to use! No more hand cranking.
If you like the ease of an electric can opener, but don’t have room to store it or don’t want to drag it out when you need to use it, this is for you. I like a handheld can opener, but would get so frustrated trying to use it and turn the handle. This can opener is amazing and so easy to use. Just attach to can and push a button. It starts turning on its own and when it is done it stops. You lift it up and the lid comes off cleanly. It is rechargeable so need to worry about batteries. It tucks away in a drawer nicely. I bought my mom one too. She has arthritis in her hands so thought this would be perfect for her.
