These BD manifolds are made from thicker-walled high-silicon ductile iron to resist thermal warping. They utilize 3 additional exhaust stud locations and include 22 exhaust spacers and 22 class 8.8 studs (15mm longer) designed to further improve thermal durability. The result is an average flow increase of 25.9% over OEM, providing both improved performance and long-term reliability.
