The nose reveals an intensely concentrated bouquet of ripe red fruits, dark cherry, and blackcurrant, complemented by warming Christmas pudding spices including cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Subtle notes of plum, cocoa, and vanilla add complexity, whilst hints of black pepper and oak contribute depth to this powerful aromatic profile.
Palate
Full-bodied and richly concentrated, the palate delivers on the aromatic promise with masses of cherry and blackcurrant flavours supported by ripe red fruits and warming spice notes.
