2. We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

Delivery information:

At least 2-4 working days processing time is needed before shipping out.

• Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note: delivery charge to Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands / CBD area is $15. We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charge.

• Small packet (with tracking) $4.70. For 1 set only. Please clear your mailbox so that your parcel can fit. If mailbox is full, a delivery note will be given by postman to collect from nearest post office.

• Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 9pm only.
