How do I track my order once it is confirmed ?
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message from us confirming the same. Yes, you can personalize your bag adding a beautiful personalised Keychain. We recommend using initials or a short name for the best results. Click on the 'ADD PERSONALISATION' tab and type in the name
Could there be any additional charges on my order?
The shipping charges on our website and at the time of check out are final – you would not be asked to ever pay additional shipping charges. However, since we ship globally, in some rare cases, certain countries may have additional duty charges based on your countries local laws and customs regulations. This is a customs / government charge that you would need to pay directly to your country’s customs department and not a charge that we levy.
I have only received part of my order, where is the rest ?
All our products are beautifully packed in their own individual signature boxes. If you have ordered multiple products, each product will ship separately in its own packaging. This sometimes causes the complete products of the order to arrive with in a day or two of each other. Rest assured, your complete order will be with you soon.

Keeping the crusty heels at bay!

I deal with chronic dry heels that crack if left unmanaged. I bought these in hopes that when I do soak and scrub my heels that I can keep the cracking at bay. These have been a godsend. I wear them every night and my heels are nice and soft. I plan on purchasing more.
A couple of things I have noticed, if I wear these during the day, the bottom of my feet do seem to sweat and there is some slipping. I have only washed these are directed (hand washing) and you will want to after a couple washes because it could give a sweaty feet smell. Overall, I highly recommend.

Moisturized heels out of the box

This toner has become a staple in my skincare routine. I have sensitive skin and a lot of products tend to cause irritation or redness, but this one has been incredibly gentle from the start. My skin always feels soft, calm, and hydrated after using it.
The texture is lightweight with an almost soapy feel at first, but it absorbs quickly and never leaves my skin feeling greasy or heavy. It layers well with the rest of my skincare and works great both morning and night. I also appreciate that it gives results similar to more expensive brands without the high price tag. My Favorite Product in the Milky Line

Hydration + glow without irritation!

I’ve been using this milky toner for a couple months now and it has quickly become a staple in my routine. The texture is lightweight but creamy, which makes it feel more nourishing than a typical watery toner. It absorbs really well into my skin without leaving and sticky or greasy residue. I haven’t noticed that my skin feels softer and more hydrated after applying it AND it layers so nicely with serums and moisturizers. One thing I really appreciate is how gentle it is on my skin. It doesn’t cause any irritation, redness or breakouts! I actually feel like it helps calm my skin on days when It feels a little dry or “stressed”.
