Step into the quiet beauty of midwinter and allow your body and mind to soften in this deeply restful two-hour Sound Spa Experience with Tessa Ann. 

This session is delivered with the intention of gently guiding you into deep stillness and inner rest — offering a peaceful space to reset, slow down and reconnect with yourself through soothing layers of sound. 

Held in the cosy studio at Down Arts Centre, you’ll be welcomed into warmth, calm and sanctuary. The evening concludes with tea/coffee and a moment for gentle reflection. 

Spaces are limited to 12 people. 

Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and water

You are welcome to bring a lounger chair if you prefer not to lie on the floor

Whether this is your first time experiencing sound healing or you've attended before, everyone is welcome.

This session is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all, regardless of experience level.

Health conditions: Not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy.
