REAR BRAKE DISC GUARD INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place motorcycle on a stand so that the rear wheel is off the ground.
2. Remove the plastic guard (Where Applicable) by un-threading the two bolts with an 8mm T-Handle or socket. (Fig 1)
3. For calipers with a clip style stay on the brake pad pin. Remove the pin or pins from the brake pad pin and slide the brake pad pin out. (FIG 2) For Calipers with a threaded brake pad pin, using a flat blade screwdriver, remove the plug. (FIG 3) Using a 5mm allen wrench or 8mm socket depending on your model, remove the brake pad pin. (FIG 4)
4. Remove the rear brake pads.
5. Using the appropriate size socket, remove axle nut and chain adjust blocks. Remove the rear axle and pull the rear wheel out from the swingarm.
6. Slide caliper carrier (with caliper still mounted on it) off of the swingarm tab. Now remove caliper from carrier by sliding it off of the caliper slide pins. (FIG 5)
7. Un-thread the caliper slide pin from the carrier using the appropriate size wrench. Remove the slide pin dust boot. Remove the brake pad stop. This part is usually held in place with a little bit of adhesive. Lightly pry it loose with a small screwdriver. (FIG 6)
8. Apply red thread lock on the threads of the caliper slide pin and thread it into your new brake caliper carrier. Torque slide pin to your motorcycle manufacturers recommended specifications. Apply a thin layer of grease on the slide pin. (FIG 7)
9. Slide rubber dust boot into groove on the outside of the front slide pin hole. (FIG 7)
10. Install brake pad stop clip. NOTE: The brake pad stop clip has two tabs on the sides that go over the edges of the cut away for the front of the brake pads that hold it in place. If yours does not snap in place, it will be necessary to slightly bend the two tabs inward until the stop has a tight fit over the edges of the brake caliper carrier. (FIG 7)
11. Apply a thin layer of grease on to the caliper slide pin mounted on your caliper. Slide caliper onto new carrier/guard assembly.
12. Slide caliper carrier/guard assembly onto the swingarm. Make sure that all mounting tabs or slots are properly engaged.
13. Lift rear wheel into place. Re-install chain on rear sprocket, slide axle in place. Thread axle nut on loosely. Verify that chain tension is correct. Torque the rear axle nut to your motorcycle manufactures specified torque.
14. Re-install rear caliper plastic guard removed in step 2. (where applicable)
15. Install rear brake pads. Reverse steps 3 and 4. Be sure to pump the brake pedal a few times to make sure you have a good solid feeling brake pedal.
16. Have fun and enjoy your next ride.

Not Scented, but Dog Approved
Size: 2-pack, Style: Duo
They don't smell like peanut butter or bacon. But our dogs still love them.

If they squeaked, they would be the perfect ball!
Size: 2-pack, Style: Duo
I bought our 15 month old Coton several Chuck-It toys on an Amazon deal. He is incredibly playful, mischievous, and ball/toy obsessed, especially for anything that makes noise. He can also be very destructive so I love how durable most of their products are - they’re among our longest lasting toys and worth every penny. We have yet to take them to the dog park, but they’re a perfect size for sharing in plat time. And they are keeping him busy at home - that’s a good thing. The scent is subtle but strong enough for him I guess because he loves gnawing on them. If they had squeakers, they would be absolutely perfect. Hopefully Chuck-It will see an opportunity for that down the road!

Most durable fetch balls I know of.
Size: 2-pack, Style: Duo
These balls are the biggest balls of them all. Well, not the biggest, but the best. Every other ball she would chew up in short order and I'd be throwing her a floppy piece of rubber. She just wants to fetch, but if it's not bouncing, she can't catch it on the bounce. Got these balls in July and no damage to them. I just ordered another pair, but only because the other two somehow got stuck up in trees. We have some very old and very large oak trees so not so easy to retrieve. Hope they somehow drop someday. But in the meantime, Lassie will be happy with her new ones. Very highly recommended!

Works great for scent work! Bounce is great for air retrieve!
Size: 2-pack, Style: Duo, Size: 2-pack, Style: Duo
My dog doesn’t know he loves them yet but I do! They are a little softer so when we do air retrieve, I don’t have to worry as much about his teeth! I’m hoping he will learn to find them by smell vs sight. We often play in the evenings and he tends to loose his ball. Love chuck it! Right now, we have about 10 chuck it balls! The tennis balls don’t work for air retrieve! Chuckit does!!! Love the thrower too! Saves my arm!!!!

I guess the smell is offputting
Size: 2-pack, Style: Duo
My dog loves chocolate stuff. But for some reason, wasn’t a huge fan of these balls. She played with them a little bit, but they’re not her favorite.
