Lady May Pure Vanilla Honey provides a rich and flavorful alternative to our pure honey adding a Vanilla flavor that will enhance your coffee, tea or dessert. Our Vanilla Honey is made in house with honey from our apiary or a partnered apiary, Vanilla Extract aged over 1 year and our Tahitian Vanilla beans all processed in house in small batches. We lightly toast the beans to elevate the flavors before hand scrapping the vanilla pods and infusing in our honey. We let infuse for 30 days before bottling.
