His 10-hectare vineyard is divided into 25 plots, worked like small gardens and converted to organic farming . Passionate about the impact of barrels and trained in various wine-growing regions in complementary aging practices, Valentin Desloges dries the oak staves for a few years before supervising the manufacturing process of his custom-made barrels. This is part of a virtuous circle of production, in osmosis with the eco-responsible approach of Les Quatre Piliers
