This Antique Copper 6A Dummy LT2-Dimmer Switch has an antique copper finish that has been carefully matched to original pieces of Victorian copper cookware, giving a faithful representation of oxidised, timeworn copper, with a rich matt patina. These heritage switches and sockets add vintage authenticity to any well-designed period or historical spaces, while also working well in modern and contemporary settings that will benefit from eye-catching ornamental embellishment to wall and room features. The plates in our Heritage range are hand finished to create an aged appearance. This means that no two plates look exactly the same, adding to their authentic look.

This 6A dummy dimmer is commonly used on dimmer plates when the user does not want all of the switches to dim. By adding a dummy dimmer to a dimmer plate, all of the switches on will look the same, but instead of dimming, the dummy dimmer will just act as an on/off switch. It can also be used in conjunction with a dimming switch on a lighting circuit, but it will not dim. The matching colour dimmer knob for a given finish is provided with the purchase of an LT2 plate, not with the module. This LT2-Dimmer Module is compatible with LT2 Standard Dimmer Switch Plates from the Soho Lighting switch and socket range. This allows you to combine 2 way and dummy dimmer switches on standard 2, 3 and 4 gang plates. This LT2 module is not compatible with RM, CM, (RM+CM), EM, LT1 or LT3 Plates.
