How to Use
Swallow tablets whole — do not crush or chew. Close container tightly after each use.
- Prophylaxis — Adults: 1 tablet morning and 1 tablet evening
- Deficiency treatment — Adults: 5 tablets per day (2 morning, 3 evening) for 3 weeks, then 3 tablets in the evening
- Children over 12: up to 3 tablets daily in divided doses (short-term only)
⚠️ Important Safety Information
Do not use in cases of hypermagnesaemia, significant hypotension, heart conduction disorders, kidney failure, or myasthenia gravis. Do not use simultaneously with levodopa. Magnesium compounds have a laxative effect — chronic diarrhoea from long-term use may cause electrolyte imbalance. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use alongside other magnesium or Vitamin B6 supplements without medical advice.
