Sipi Falls處理廠以當地著名的瀑布-Sipi Falls為名，位於烏干達的Kapchorwa區，東依埃爾貢山(Mount Elgon)-坐落於烏干達與肯亞的邊界，集結處理來自當地小農採集的咖啡紅果。 咖啡生長在埃爾貢山脈的山坡上，分佈在三個不同的地區，分別是姆巴萊區、錫龍科區和卡普喬瓦區。因此，咖啡的海拔高度各不相同，從南部的1300公尺到中部和北部地區的1900公尺不等。 紅果採收洗淨後，以薄層堆疊，鋪曬於非洲棚架上進行日曬處理。 建議使用90水溫分3段沖煮，低溫時風味更明顯 採用衣索比亞原生種74112，抗病性強且風味純淨，完美展現非洲豆標誌性的柑橘調與花果香。 乾式酵母水洗 DRY YEAST WASHED，創新型水洗工藝，透過酵母發酵控制提升甜度，帶來更圓潤的奶油質地與鮮明熱帶水果風味。
