- First time and unsure of reaction
- 27 days or shorter menstrual cycle (mild herbs needed)
- Suffers from spontaneous bleeding

- Has herpes or HPV
- Suffering from a yeast, bacterial or urinary tract infection
Anyone who is not considered a "Sensitive Steamer" can steam for 30 minutes.
Steaming for longer than 30 minutes is not recommended.
