The O-18 from Martin is a parlor sized Sitka Spruce/Mahogany acoustic. A new addition to their Standard series, this guitar features a gloss "Aging Toner" top, low oval neck profile, and a 24.9" scale.
Being a small body acoustic, the Martin O-18 has expected "parlor" qualities like a quick decay and midrange "pop". Coupling that with classic Martin chime and resonance results in this being one of the louder parlor size acoustics out there. As well as it can do roots fingerpicking and blues/bluegrass, the O-18 carries its own in cowboy to complex chordal strumming, with a balanced range up and down the fretboard.
This is a unique Martin experience that is suitable for nearly any style of acoustic player.
