1980年代頃のNAPIERのリーフモチーフブローチ。
一枚の葉が、非常に精巧に表現されたお品。
立体的なシルエット、葉の質感、葉脈や陰影・・どれをとっても、まるで本物の葉がゴールドメタルになったかのようなリアルな美しさです。
身に纏えば葉が上品な光沢を放ち、思わず視線を惹きつけられる存在感。
流行や時代を問わず、永く愛用していただけるお品です。
ブローチ裏側のメタルにくすみが見られますが、その他良好なヴィンテージコンディションです。
【NAPIER(ネイピア)とは】
1875年に銀製品会社"Whitney and Rice"として始まり、1922年"Napier"に社名を変更。宝飾制作技術を生かし、長きにわたりエレガントなジュエリーを発表し続けた人気老舗ブランドです。1950年代には、当時のアイゼンハワー大統領夫人がネイピアから贈呈された象モチーフのゴールドブレスレットを愛用したことでも有名。
