PF30-386L shallow insert for long-spindle 30mm cranksThis bottom bracket features a shallower insert compared to our regular PF30 386, which makes it perfect for metal frames with internal wires or carbon frames with a reduced contact area in the bottom bracket shell. Choose road bearings for road bikes, cross bearings for mountain bikes and cyclocross. Cranks that will not fit with this bottom bracket: traditional (pre 2014) BB30 cranks with short spindles and Specialized FACT. For these cranks, please have a look at our PF30L bottom bracket
