Our SHwap SHop is back by popular demand! An exclusive perk for VIP customers, this is your chance to find your Unicorn! 

We provide an authentic, moderated space, underwritten by Sarah Haran where you can list your items you wish to SHwap or sell to other VIP members.

It is a one off, one time £10 to join, for all members (if you have already joined then do not purchase again) - whether selling or purchasing, and we take no fees for any transactions that you complete with the members. Before the SHwap SHop opens, you will be emailed a link to join the Facebook group. Once you are submitted to the group, you are free to post your listings

We do have some ground rules that we would kindly ask all our members follow to ensure that the group remains a joyful experience! 

• You can post your listings as you wish, clearly describing the item stating its current condition and any defects 

• Please note that any purchases you make will not be covered by the Sarah Haran guarantee as we are not privy to the usage of the products

• You cannot have more than 5 listings up at a time - this gives all members a chance to have their listings fairly seen. Please remember 1 bag per listing, or a max of 5 accessories in one picture per listing. 
  

• Please delete your listing once it has been sold. This helps ensure the page is not clogged up so others can be seen 

• All photography must be done yourself. You cannot use the imagery from our website, you must show a picture of the actual bag/accessory you are selling

• The SHwap SHop is the place to advertise and we will not allow any mention, advertising, selling or swapping in the Bags of Joy club. We will remove any such posts to ensure our group remains joyful!

• You cannot advertise your purchases in the Bags of Joy VIP club. Any such posts will be removed by admins

• You cannot sell items on behalf of anyone else. You are only permitted to sell items owned directly by you. Any listings posted on behalf of someone else will be removed

• If you are not satisfied with the items you receive via the SHwap SHop, this must be resolved directly with the person you bought it from.  We do get involved in any seller disputes and any defects that occur in the bags you purchase are not underwritten by the Sarah Haran Lifetime Guarantee

• Before posting any listings, please make sure you have included any postage costs you wish to charge. You are responsible for all of your own postage fees and ensuring that the item is sent to the buyer in a way that the bag is protected to avoid damage in transit 

• The exchange of monies for goods is strictly between you and the seller/buyer 

• Since the goods left SH HQ, we will not have seen them, so we cannot comment or be held liable for any condition of goods sold to you 

• This group is only for the sale/swap of Sarah Haran products - any listings of other products will be immediately deleted 

• No late-comers will be admitted. If you have not signed up prior to opening you will not be permitted entry 

• If your VIP subscription has expired and you have not renewed this prior to the SHwap SHop opening, you will not be granted entry
