Dobble 1, 2, 3 is the game of quick reactions and matching pairs. It's one of Asmodee's more simple games, but also one of its universal, popular ones. Circular cards, with a whole bunch of different images on them. Can you be the first one to locate a pair of images that sit on both your card, and the top card? There's plenty of different versions of Dobble, so what's different about Dobble 1, 2, 3? In this version, each card features six different symbols, which is less than the regular version. This is suggested for younger players. Each card has a different set of symbols on it, and the symbols vary in size (which makes your brain tick)! In the deck, there's always going to be an occurrence where any two cards have exactly one symbol in common. The images and symbols on the cards in Dobble 1, 2, 3 are numbers and shapes (triangles, squares, circles) and in different colours. Not only is it a lot of fun to slam your hand down to claim a pair, Dobble also helps children learn to recognise these numbers, shapes and colours. The trick is to locate one number or shape on the top face-up card, with one that matches on your own card. Then it's a case of being quick enough to shout out the name of said number/shape/colour, and slap your hand down to claim it!There are five different variants you can play, but all are about whoever has the quickest eyes.Dobble is what would happen if Snap pumped serious iron down the gym. It sounds simple, but in the heat of the moment, the tension can get the better of you. Not to mention the lightning-quick reactions of the other players! Dobble 1, 2, 3 takes 20 seconds to teach, and will have you and your children in fits of giggles. Especially when your hand-eye observation skills fail you!Player Count: 2-5 PlayersTime: 10 MinutesAge: 3+

Great for Presentation Education
Format: Paperback
It has been some time since I have utilized Beyond Bullet Points, but this is one text book that kept with me. The point of the book is to help a presenter get their point across to the audience through Powerpoint presentations, and the book does this well. I am sure there are editions other than this one at this point, and I would definitely recommend looking into them in order to keep up to date. Starting with this book is a great idea due to its simplicity.

great informational book
Format: Paperback
I had to buy this book for a graduate-level statistics course. I thought it was kinda silly at first, but it has been a great tool. It has beautiful graphics with fantastic step-by-step instructions and explanations on the whats and whys of tables and figures. I've made some great infographics with the help of this book. Highly recommend for anyone who ever has to present data in some form of fashion.
