Bodark Block B-603 2.1" x 4" x 6.7"Bodark Block B 6032 1 8" x 4" x 6 3 4"2 lbs. This is another very nice rectangular block of Bodark that, among other uses, could be suitable for the head of a mallet. The wood is basically the bright golden yellow of fresh cut Bodark heartwood. I see no cracks, checks or other significant flaws. There is an end of a small imbedded twig limb on one side (bottom photo, top side). It appears to be quite sound, and I would simply reinforce it with thin CA
