Mochi Foods Gluten Free Original Pancakes are the perfect canvas for your favorite toppings. These fluffy, chewy breakfast staples taste great all dressed up or served simply with syrup.


INGREDIENTS

Rice Flour, Sugar, Modified Tapioca Starch, Baking Powder, Vanilla Flavor, Xanthan Gum.

Store in a cool, dry place.


RECIPE

3/4 cups Pancake Mix

1/4 cup milk

1/8 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg


Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Pour batter into fry pan to make 4'' size. Cook about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
