Phoenix was found pinned down by rubble from a building destroyed by shelling in Ukraine. Locals from the area rescued him and rushed him to urgent veterinary care.
At the hospital, doctors discovered Phoenix had deep lacerations and tissue damage from shelling blasts. He’s started antibiotics to prevent infection and medication to manage his pain, but he'll need surgery to suture his wounds once his condition stabilizes.
While Phoenix has begun to heal, he is still at risk of complications without treatment. Your support can help Phoenix get the surgery and care he needs to fully recover.
