The Pattern
MDP is an original Liberty Maniacs design. Instead of square pixels, it uses irregular cell geometry that mirrors cracked mud, fractured sandstone, and pebble fans common in arid terrain. The multi-scale layout works across distance: fine cells for close-range texture, clustered blotches for mid-range disruption, and larger islands to carry the break-up at long range. The palette balances tans, khakis, and pale caliche tones so the hoodie doesn’t collapse into one flat color at noon or stand out as a dark mass at dusk.
