FP Low Profile Gamechangers Insoles - Grey Camo

Low profile Gamechangers are made for trainers, dress shoes, and shoes cupsoles that have 4mm or thinner stock insoles. For thin soled/vulcanized shoes it's recommended choosing from the many other insoles FP offers.

Typically as the muscles in your foot get tired or from taking heavy impacts, your arches will start to collapse. This leaves you prone to injury and soreness due to joint misalignment.

• stop the arch from collapsing (overpronation)
• increase performance time
• prevent arthritis from uneven cartilage wear
• prevent acute injury such as torn ACL

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 225 F or 110C ( DO NOT USE MICROWAVE)
Insert insole for 5-8 minutes or until arch is soft.
Wear socks
Remove insole and place into shoe walk for 5-10 minutes or until arch becomes firm.

Use caution, insole will be hot. If insole feels too hot, allow it to cool to tolerable temp. before molding. Do not attempt to mold without adult supervision. If using a toaster oven, keep insole away from heating elements and check for overheating as toaster ovens do not accurately control even temp. throughout oven. Do not attempt to mold if insole has been punctured or damaged. Do not use microwave. Use common sense.
