■セミナー内容
道着を着ないテイクダウンで主に使われるのがタックルか四つ組からのテイクダウンです。
タックルの指導は多くの指導者が出来ますが四つ組からのテイクダウンを指導出来る指導者はかなり少ないです。
四つ組からのテイクダウンを主とするグレコローマンスタイルで世界大会を優勝経験している河名選手による技術体系を紹介しています。
