The American Ultra Luxe Vintage '50s Stratocaster lines up an exquisite suite of fine specifications laying the groundwork for a marvelous musical experience. This guitar's premium alder body assumes the iconic double-cutaway Stratocaster shape while fitted with sleek carved contours. Inspiring the absolute pinnacle in comfort, these contours work alongside Fender's Heirloom lacquer finish. This finish treatment, relatively unseen in Fender models, makes a splash in the American Ultra Luxe Vintage series with just the right balance of wear and age to match the overall model's timeless sensibilities.
At this point, a quartersawn maple neck joins in with a Modern D profile and satin lacquer finish. This neck is fashioned for performance as it fills the palm comfortably alongside Fender's Ultra rolled fingerboard edges. The American Ultra Luxe Vintage '50s Strat plays seamlessly with twenty-two stainless steel Medium Jumbo frets and a speedy compound fingerboard radius that measures from an already modern ten inches at the nut to a blisteringly fast fourteen toward the body.
