These heart-shaped creamy ravioli are packed with lobster meat (the 1st ingredient in the filling), creamy ricotta cheese, caramelized onions, mozzarella and marscapone cheese.  These are as good or better than what you would be served in a top-notch Italian restaurant.

They come with a side of shredded parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top, a creamy yet light blush sauce, and a ciabatta bread or rolls with garlic butter. The semolina flour in these ravioli is even non-GMO. They cook from frozen in only 4-6 minutes.  15 large ravioli/order. Only available 2-3 serving size, please order multiples for larger quantities (i.e. 2 bags for 4-6).  Available through 2/14 or may sell out sooner, limited quantities!

• Hands on time: 0 minutes
  Cooking time: 4-6 minutes in boiling water. 

•  Keep ravioli frozen. Sauce should be thawed. It can be thawed by letting it rest in bowl of cold water. Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add frozen ravioli to boiling water and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook uncovered (stirring gently) for 6-8 mins or until ravioli floats and reaches desired tenderness. Drain well. Warm sauce over med/low heat in saucepan. Do not boil! Sprinkle parmesan cheese on pasta and serve with garlic ciabatta bread and a salad.

   

• Dough: Non-gmo semolina flour (durham wheat, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), pasteurized liquid eggs, water.
