The Fleece Performance filter features a higher efficiency of particulate removal across the entire filter range, ensuring greater particulate removal at higher flow rates. I was honestly surprised by how good this knife set is for the price. I previously owned a $300 knife set, and I can confidently say the Fikshot knives are just as sharp — maybe even sharper right out of the box.
