Please note that items requiring 4–6 weeks to create are not eligible for rush service due to their intricate designs. This rush fee helps cover the overtime hours our team and bench jeweler dedicate to ensuring your piece is crafted with care and delivered on time. To help us fulfill your rush request properly, please include the following in your order notes: 1. Your needed arrival date 2. Your original invoice number (if the rush fee isn’t purchased with the item) 3.
