Once tried this chutney is loved, even by those who don't like eggplant! It combines eggplant with onions, garlic, sultanas, and curry style herbs and spices.
Maleny Cuisines Savoury Eggplant Chutney is great with cheese, curries, hot or cold meats (especially lamb) or vegetables. It is a perfect accompaniment for a cheese or antipasto platter.
