The crafting time for your personalized sword is approximately 15 days. After production, your sword will be shipped directly from Hong Kong, where our forge is located, using the best available air courier at the time.

Shipping Details:

• Delivery Time: The arrival time is between 30 calendar days.
• Tracking Code: We provide a tracking code so you can follow the shipment.

Fees and taxes:

• Import Fee: Customs fees and tariffs vary depending on the country of destination. It is up to the buyer to inform themselves about local import laws and regulations.
• Responsibility: The import fee is not included in the price of the sword. Our store does not participate in or take responsibility for the fees charged by the government.

GUARANTEE:

• Full refund available if you dont receive the order. You will receive full refund if the order don’t be received at the destination address.
