The excellent condition of this beautiful Antique weaving bears testament to the quality of the camel hair wool and the natural dyes used in its' production and the skill of the weaver is demonstrated by the fine, close weaving of this Kilim Runner. The simple Off-White/Beige base Kilim is artistically enhanced with a strong central Medallion pattern, repeated along the length of the piece, as well as the simple, yet still artistic, border design. This Long Kilim Runner is in excellent condition for its' age and a wonderful example of the quality Kilims produced around the end of the 20th Century for the commercial, rather than domestic, market.
